Ministry of National Defense Released a Press Release Explaining that the Armed Forces Is Able to Closely Grasp and Respond Accordingly to “People’s Liberation Army Conducting Live Ammunition Shooting Training at the Zhedong Waters in Mainland China”
Regarding the no-navigation and no-fishing notice published by ‘media YH News’ and the matter regarding “People’s Liberation Army Annual Routine Training Program Arrangement from 5th to 10th”, Ministry of National Defense pointed out that it refers to the live ammunition shooting training conducted by the People’s Liberation Army at the Zhedong Waters in Mainland China, and its no-fly zone is approximately 175 nautical miles from Keelung.
Ministry of National Defense emphasized that citizens can rest assured that the Armed Forces is able to closely grasp and respond accordingly to the relevant drill dynamics of the People’s Liberation Army and the surrounding regional situation in order to ensure national security and regional stability.
